Da allora il panorama del marketing online non &egrave; cambiato molto, tuttavia il metodo dell&rsquo;inbound marketing ha resistito decisamente bene alla prova del tempo, tanto da essere rimasto pressoch&eacute; invariato grazie alla struttura flessibile e adatta ad ogni tipo di business.<\/p>\n<h3>Cosa cambia dal marketing tradizionale<\/h3>\n<p>La pubblicit&agrave; veicolata tramite media tradizionali (televisione, giornali, radio ecc.) ha un problema piuttosto grande: &ldquo;interrompe&rdquo; l&rsquo;esperienza dell&rsquo;utente e fornisce delle informazioni limitate a un gruppo di persone generico.<\/p>\n<p>Questo implica due cose: l&rsquo;attenzione dell&rsquo;utente diminuisce, perch&eacute; lo stacco tra un&rsquo;esperienza e la pubblicit&agrave; attribuisce un&rsquo;accezione negativa a quest&rsquo;ultima, e in secondo luogo c&rsquo;&egrave; una dispersione delle risorse perch&eacute; il messaggio arriva a tutti, compresi i non interessati.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>L&rsquo;inbound marketing supera questi due problemi. Come?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>L&rsquo;efficacia del contenuto e del contesto<\/h3>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;inbound marketing si basa<\/strong> non pi&ugrave; sul presentare un prodotto a una platea di ascoltatori, ma <strong>sul creare contenuti che attirino l&rsquo;utente interessato.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il primo grande vantaggio di questo approccio &egrave; indubbiamente la brand awareness: &egrave; l&rsquo;azienda che attraverso i suoi contenuti, diffusi sui diversi canali di comunicazione, esprime se stessa e crea un dialogo attorno al prodotto con l&rsquo;utente stesso.<\/p>\n<p>Il secondo vantaggio &egrave; l&rsquo;ottimizzazione del budget, che viene impiegato nello step successivo. Lo &ldquo;sconosciuto&rdquo;, diventato utente, ha dimostrato il suo interesse per il brand e i prodotti e sar&agrave; dunque molto pi&ugrave; disponibile a lasciare i propri dati per ricevere informazioni e valutare l&rsquo;acquisto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Un bel passo avanti rispetto alla pubblicit&agrave; mirata tradizionale.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>Quando si entra nella fase di acquisto?<\/h3>\n<p>Interessare l&rsquo;utente non significa necessariamente acquistare la sua fiducia, ci sar&agrave; sempre una diffidenza di fondo nel lasciare i propri dati per essere ricontattato. Questa barriera pu&ograve; essere facilmente abbattuta offrendo i cosiddetti freebies, come ebook gratuiti o sconti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Piccoli vantaggi <\/strong>con un grande valore, per convertire pi&ugrave; facilmente l&rsquo;utente in cliente. &Egrave; in questa fase che si concretizza finalmente l&rsquo;acquisto e pu&ograve; finalmente esserci una comunicazione squisitamente commerciale.<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;utente rimane, se sappiamo fidelizzarlo<\/h3>\n<p>Un antico detto del mondo del marketing dice che<strong> un cliente fidelizzato costa meno di un cliente appena acquisito.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A maggior ragione, con l&rsquo;inbound marketing, questa frase &egrave; vera! Non solo perch&eacute; un utente fidelizzato ha gi&agrave; instaurato un dialogo con il brand, di conseguenza continuer&agrave; ad acquistare i prodotti, ma diventer&agrave; un promoter del brand stesso consigliandolo alla sua cerchia di contatti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Una voce che entra a far parte della <strong>strategia<\/strong> iniziata distribuendo contenuti e non prodotti, che viene condivisa grazie soprattutto ad uno strumento potentissimo: i social.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=oPpGh1Biv7M\">Ascolta anche il podcast sul neuromarketing<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&Egrave; anche l&rsquo;utente-promoter, che parla allo &ldquo;sconosciuto&rdquo;, quello che si avvicina per la prima volta ai contenuti diffusi dal brand. Il cerchio si chiude e l&rsquo;<em>inbound marketing<\/em> si dimostra una strategia consolidata e innovativa, per far crescere il proprio brand e, ovviamente, il proprio business.<\/p>\n<p>Se non l&rsquo;avete ancora fatto, provate ad adottare la strategia dell&rsquo;inbound marketing anche alle vostre campagne ed alle vostre <strong>attivit&agrave; di comunicazione<\/strong>.
